  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Garlic5 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sweet Paparica to taste
  • Color to taste
  • Chicken500 g
  • Shoyu150 ml
  • Mirin sake100 ml
  • Ginger tea100 ml
  • Corn starch to taste
  • Look at frying to taste
  1. Cook the pasta as you like in the water.
  2. Tomato Sauce: In a pan, put oil, onion (let it brown), add garlic, salt, black pepper, and at the end tomato in squares. Then add tomato sauce and a small cup of water and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
  3. For the chicken: Season the chicken with soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, mirin sake and ginger tea, at the end season with cornstarch
  4. Serve and at the end, you can accompany parmesan cheese and chives.
