- Chicken breast fillet seasoned to taste120 g
- Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta1 cup
- Homemade tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Cherry tomato to taste
- Thinly Sliced Japanese Cucumber to taste
- Steamed broccoli florets to taste
- Steamed snap peas to taste
- Black Sesame to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Heat half the oil in a non-stick frying pan and grill the chicken until it is cooked through.
- Heat the tomato sauce in a pan and add the pasta, mix and adjust the salt.
- Arrange all the ingredients on a plate, drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top of the cucumber.
- Serve immediately.
