- Pour water to the middle of the pan, add salt.
- Wait for it to boil and add the fuba already mixed with water, in the pan that is boiling, stir constantly so as not to lump the polenta.
- Let it cook and stir occasionally for about 30 minutes.
- In the skillet, spoon the oil, garlic, onion and paprika, let it brown a little.
- Then add the chicken cut into small cubes, pour water to cover all the chicken, leave for 20 minutes.
