- Chester or shredded turkey or chicken300 g
- Sour cream500 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Mozzarella500 g
- Lasagna pasta500 g
- Parmesan100 g
- Spinach1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- In a pan, sauté the onion and Garlic, add the sanitized and chopped spinach and let it braise.
- Add the cream and 100gr of mozzarella, let it boil for 5 minutes, adjust the salt, black pepper and nutmeg.
- In a platter add the sauce and then make the sequence of lasagna pasta, shredded chester, mozzarella and sauce. Finish with mozzarella and parmesan
- Take it to the oven for 30 minutes until the cheese is gratinated, wait for it to settle for 5 minutes as soon as you remove it from the oven and serve
