- Cooked shredded chicken200 g
- Brown rice with cooked quinoa200 g
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Sliced Green Olives2 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 tablespoon
- Parmesan2 tablespoon
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Salt and ground white pepper to taste
- Cooked Cauliflower100 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Saute the chicken with onion, garlic and olive oil. Add the olives and the cream then.
- Add rice and cauliflower. Stir gently so as not to break up the cauliflower sprigs. Adjust the salt. Add the ground pepper and turn off the heat.
- Add the butter and Parmesan and cook for about five minutes. Serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil and more freshly grated Parmesan. Enjoy your food!!
