- Red Rice2 cup
- Chicken Passarinho400 g
- Garlic Clove7 unit(s)

- Green Chili1 unit(s)

- Tomato3 unit(s)
- Green Smell50 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olives30 g
- Salt, Black Pepper, Saffron and Olive Oil to taste
- Water7 cup
- Place the chicken in a bowl and season with the lemon, the three crushed garlic cloves and black pepper. Reserve.
- Cut the onion, peppers and tomato into large cubes. In a pan with a high bottom, put a drizzle of olive oil and the chickens to brown. Add the rest of the crushed garlic and the onion to brown too.
- Add rice and fry a little. And add the tomatoes and peppers. Revoke a little. And lastly put the water to cook the rice. Add some salt and turmeric and mix well. Let it cook.
- Note: I put 4 xic first. of water and then I put the others little by little until cooking.
