- Season the chicken using the ready-made garlic seasoning, salt, pepper, oregano and lemon zest.
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil, then add the coloral, and the chicken broth tablets.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the pan to sauté, and after the chicken is golden, add the tomatoes.
- Then add the bay leaf, water and close the pressure cooker.
- Let it cook for 25 to 30 minutes under pressure.
- At the end, open the pan to stir and check the seasoning (if the meat is still tough, leave it under pressure for another 15 minutes or finish the cooking with the lid of the pan open).
- Add the parsley and chives, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Finally, pour into a glass dish and serve.
