- Salt to taste1 to taste
- Pepper to taste1 to taste
- spoons (soup) not too full of paprika2 tablespoon
- Cut the chicken into small pieces, so the seasoning will set better.
- In a clay or aluminum pot, add all the ingredients.
- Fill the pan with water to the height of covering the chicken.
- Cook for 45 minutes with the pan covered, but always checking that it is not sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- After 45 minutes, open the pan and let it dry until the chicken is dry, without water.
- Simple and yummy, in addition to accompanying green beans very well
