- Chicken thigh100 g
- Sliced pepperoni sausage50 g
- Smoked pork ribs (with bone)100 g
- Rice200 g
- Onion in brunoise50 g
- Fresh peas20 g
- Boiled Egg1 unit(s)
- Bacon in small cubes fried50 g
- Corn20 g
- tomato concasse30 g
- Chicken broth200 ml
- Saffron to taste
- Parsley and Chives to taste
- olive oil to taste
- Optional Garlic3 unit(s)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Debone and flake the thigh, season with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook in a heated pan with oil. Reserve.
- Slice the sausage and fry lightly mind. Reserve.
- Cook the ribs until soft, cut into cubes and set aside.
- Saute the rice with garlic and ball, add the chicken, sausage, the peas and the corn already threshed.
- Mix the saffron in the broth chicken and add to the rice, letting it cook.
- Spread the ribs over the rice, sprinkle with bacon, tomato and grated hard-boiled egg.
- Finish with parsley and chives.
