- Chicken fillet300 g
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Milk200 ml
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Soybean oil0 to taste
- Macerated Garlic4 unit(s)
- For the rice - heat two tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 cloves of macerated garlic, add the carrots and manioc and sauté well, add the rice, season with salt and stir well - add water until covered, cover the pan and cook over low heat until dry the liquid and the grain is soft .
- For the Milanese steak - season the chicken steaks with garlic, salt and pepper - dip in wheat flour in milk and then in breadcrumbs - fry in hot oil for immersion until golden.
- Mount the dish and serve in sequence.
