- In a bowl, place the chicken and potatoes cut into squares and the carrot cut into sticks.
- Add the lemon juice, honey, garlic and spices. Mix well and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Then put the chicken in the bag and the sauce too, close the bag, put it in a mold and bake it for 40 minutes. After roasting, be careful to open the bag to serve.
