- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Clean all chicken well, wash with lemon or vinegar.
- all the beaten mixture pours on the already cleaned chicken, take it to the fridge for 24 hours.
- The next day, transfer the chicken to a mold.
- I used potato ball, quantity to taste, I already marinated the chicken, mixed well.
- I put the potatoes inside the chicken, and I tied its legs, and with little sticks I attached the wings.
- I put 6 tablespoons of butter on top of the bird.
- cover with aluminum foil, I took it to bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, for 1 hour, after a while I removed the aluminum foil, took it back to the oven and left it for 1 hour until golden and well roasted.
