- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Butter100 g
- Fresh Rosemary to taste
- Sage to taste
- Basil to taste
- Onion cut into petals1 unit(s)
- Place the chicken in a mold and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Finely chop the herbs and mix with the almost melted butter.
- Brush the inside of the chicken with herb butter and tie the feet with a string.
- Brush the chicken on the outside as well.
- Place the chopped onion and sprigs of rosemary, sage and basil around the chicken. Brush everything with butter.
- Cover the tips of the wings and feet with aluminum foil to prevent burning. Take to preheated oven at 220° for 20 minutes. Lower the temperature to 200° and bake until golden brown, brushing with butter occasionally, about 1 hour.
