- 1 Boil 1 glass of water, throw it on the already clean and skinless thighs. 2 Set aside until the water cools. Season with parsley, garlic and other seasonings to taste. 3 Spread the oil in a square shape and place the already seasoned thighs. 4 Spread the mayonnaise over each one, as if you were spreading it on the bread. 5 Place in the oven with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. 6 Remove the paper and leave until golden.
