- Mayonnaise250 g
- Breadcrumbs300 g
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to grease the mold to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Separate and quantify the ingredients.
- Season the chicken to taste, leave for 1 hour to get seasoning.
- Put the mayonnaise in a bowl, grate the garlic in the fine grater, put a thread of olive oil, mustard, mix everything throw the chicken in there and mix well until you get all the mayonnaise.
- In a deep dish or Pyrex dish put the breadcrumbs and pass the chicken pieces in it.
- Arrange the chicken in a greased pan with olive oil or line aluminum foil at the bottom, take it to bake, remove when it's golden, don't let it brown too much, otherwise the chicken will be dry.
