- To make the seasoning, mix the lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
- Season the thighs with salt, pepper, chicken seasoning and half of the previous mixture. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the flavors.
- After the indicated time, remove the meat and fry it in a frying pan with a little oil, just to brown it on all sides - this technique is called "sealing" and it guarantees a more succulent meat.
- Place the thighs in a refractory and add the rest of the marinade. Bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
- Finally, serve the chicken thigh in the simple oven and enjoy! We recommend serving this delight with rice.
