  • Drumsticks1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
  • Mashed Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  1. Season the drumsticks with the lemon juice, crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and rosemary.
  2. Place the drumsticks in a greased shape with olive oil and brush with mayonnaise.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 230° for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and let it bake for another 45-60 minutes, until golden!
  5. Tip: after the initial 30 minutes, add pre-cooked potatoes (but still firm) in the mold to finish baking, picking up the chicken seasoning!
