- Chicken fillet3 kg
- Pepper500 g
- Onion500 g
- Tomato1 kg
- Parsley1 to taste
- Garlic1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Season the chicken with garlic, salt and oregano. Place on the baking tray, drizzle with oil to make it soft and bake at 180° until golden.
- Remove from the roasting pan, take the bottom that remained from the chicken, add water and the tomatoes, onions and chopped peppers and bring to a boil. If it gets too thin, add a little starch dissolved in water to thicken the sauce.
- Plate and pour the sauce on top
