Roasted chicken in soy sauce note: 24 hours rest

- One pound and a half whole chicken1.15 kg
- Tablespoon of minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Juice of one lemon1 unit(s)
- Chicken bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Soy soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Potatoes and boiled carrots sprinkled with parsley to accompany1 to taste
- Wash and dry the chicken. Season with garlic, lemon and let it rest for 24 hours in the fridge to taste. Knead the chicken stock with margarine AND the soy sauce and spread it all over the chicken, inside and out. Transfer to a roasting pan with the breast facing down. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Always watering with the liquid that forms in the roast. Turn the chicken over and continue roasting and basting for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with boiled potatoes and carrots with parsley.
