- Bacon50 g
- Pepperoni sausage50 g
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Chimichurri without pepper1 teaspoon
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- CHICKEN SEASONING: It is already seasoned, but I added some seasonings on my own. It's to your liking.
- 12 hours before putting it in the oven, add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, paprika, oregano and chimichurri. Take it to the fridge.
- In a pan, fry the chopped bacon and sausage with 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine.
- Add the giblets that come with the chicken, finely chopped.
- Fry well.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden.
- Add the rest of the butter, and the flour, stir well until the flour is toasted and set aside!
- Stuff the chicken with the farofa.
- Tie the thighs with string and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Every 30 minutes on average, remove the chicken and drizzle it with broth from the chicken itself.
- When the red piece rises, the chicken is ready. Enjoy your food!
