- Half kilo of Potatoes1/2 kg
- Garlic to taste2 unit(s)
- Seasoning herbs (cilantro, parsley, chives, bay leaf etc)5 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Clean the chicken thighs and season with garlic and seasoning herbs.
- Preheat oven to medium temperature for 10 minutes
- Grease the chicken thighs with the mayonnaise
- Place in a refractory or form covered by foil in the oven for 25 minutes.
- While the thighs are in the oven, cut the potatoes and boil for 15 min, just to pre-cook
- Remove the chicken thighs from the oven and add the pre-cooked potatoes, grease them with butter (or mayonnaise)
- Put the refractory with the thighs and potatoes back in the oven, this time remove the foil, for another 20 minutes.
