- Start by washing and drying the oranges, unpeeled garlic cloves and rosemary well, and set aside. Preheat the oven to 200°
- Slice 3 oranges into slices. Squeeze the juice from the two remaining ones and pass through a sieve.
- Wash the chicken thighs and dry well. In a refractory, place 5 slices of orange and drizzle with the juice. Place the thighs side by side and between them the orange slices.
- Add a little more pepper and sprinkle with the garlic cloves. Then place a sprig of rosemary between the chicken thighs, put the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for 20 min. Reduce the heat to 180° and bake for about 50 min. or until golden
