- Chimichurri0 to taste
- Mustard02 tablespoon
- Onion Cream Pack1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil0 to taste

- Onion cut into thick slices01 unit(s)
- Season the chicken with the onion cream, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic cloves and oregano and add the remaining chimichurri seasonings, black pepper and salt, all to taste.
- Store in the fridge, in a covered refractory, for at least two hours, to get seasoning.
- Preheat the oven to 180°. Place the chicken in a pan, along with the onion rings, cover with aluminum foil.
- Pre heat the oven, and bake for 50 min at 180°, in the last 10 minutes, remove the paper to let the chicken brown.
