- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt, oregano, black pepper and paprika to taste
- Spices (add to taste) to taste
- Oil or olive oil to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Clean the excess fat from the thighs.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes or slices.
- Season the thighs and potatoes using garlic, lemon, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano and mayonnaise to add creaminess.
- At this point, add more seasonings if necessary.
- Transfer to a roast and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until golden brown. The oven time may vary according to each oven, be careful not to burn and get dry.
- In the final minutes to brown if necessary, increase the temperature a little to speed up the process.
