- Boneless drumstick200 g
- English Potato250 g
- Butter to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dry red wine100 ml
- Parsley to taste
- Season the drumstick with olive oil, salt and wine and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Peel the potato and cut it into cubes or whatever you prefer.
- Cook the potato until soft
- Season it with salt, paprika and butter to taste. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden.
- For the chicken, put oil in a heated skillet and sear both sides. After that add the rest of your marinade liquid and let it reduce
- To serve the dish, add parsley over the potatoes.
