- Thigh1 kg
- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Sweet Potato1 unit(s)
- Natural Seasoning2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the thighs with natural seasoning (recipe here), chili sauce, vinegar and salt. These seasonings are to taste.
- Wash and cut the vegetables, set aside.
- Place the oil and the chicken thighs on trays. Bake in the oven for 1 hour
- I leave the thighs a little longer apart from the vegetables to brown them well.
