- Salt to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Loro Leaf2 unit(s)
- Rosemary1 coffee spoon
- Pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- Fill a pan with water and place the thighs, season with salt, pepper, add the bay leaves and rosemary.
- Let it boil for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the thighs and freeze this broth to use in other preparations instead of industrialized broth cubes.
- Strengthen the seasoning of the thighs with salt, crushed garlic, paprika, pepper, rosemary and olive oil and place on a tray.
- Peel and cut the potatoes and arrange on the tray around the chicken. Season with salt and oregano.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and take it to the oven for about 40 minutes, until golden!
