- Separate tools and equipment (Knife, board, grater pestle, pots, plates, tray and frying pan) - sanitize food
- In a bowl, add water and grate the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, curry and nutmeg.
- Cut the zucchini and eggplant into very thin strips and lengthwise, reserve in a container with ice water.
- On a cutting board, cut each piece of breast in half, separate a piece of plastic film, the size of the film to cover both sides of the chicken, season with curry. chicken and it gets thinner.
- In a pestle, chop and grind the parsley with grated lemon peel, juice of 1 lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
