- Seasonings for the chicken to taste

- For the chicken 🐓 Place the fillets in the pressure cooker, fill with water until covered and season with salt.
- Close the pan and after getting pressure, I left it for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the pot, remove the pressure, open and drain the water
- Shred the chicken well and set aside.

- In a frying pan, sauté 1/2 onion and 1 clove of garlic until golden, then add the tomato and let it wither, after that, put the peppers
- After sautéing well, add the tomato paste and let it fry.
- Add the shredded chicken and seasonings, I used salt, smoked paprika, cumin and black pepper, mix well
- Add the 200ml of water and let the sauce settle.
- Finish with green smell
- For the polenta 🥘 In a pan, sauté 1 garlic clove and 1/2 chopped onion until golden.
- Add 300ml of water and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil
- Dissolve the cornmeal in another 300ml of water and put it together in the pan.
- Stir with a fue so it doesn't clump
- After it has thickened, cover the pan and leave just a crack open and let it finish thickening.
