- Chicken heart500 g
- Roasted Cassava Flour1/2 cup
- soy sauce1/3 cup
- grated ginger1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Fresh chopped marjoram to taste
- Filtered water3 tablespoon
- Wooden skewer for barbecue8 unit(s)
- In a container mix the heart with the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, paprika, water and marjoram. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Moisten the sticks and wait for the hearts. Roast in the grill for about 10-15 minutes (until almost done), turning on its side a few times.
- Remove from the grill, coat in cassava flour and return to the grill to finish roasting.
