- Chicken wing drumstick1 kg
- Shoyu1/3 cup
- Water3/4 cup
- Sweet paprika1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Small lemon squeezed1 unit(s)
- Fresh Rosemary Leaves1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Chili Pepper to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a container with the exception of the chicken drumsticks.
- Add the drumsticks to the marinade, close the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to absorb the seasoning well.
- Bake the coxinhas in the oven, Airfryer or on the barbecue.
