Spicy and Crispy Fit Chicken Coxinha 🇯🇵

- Chicken Drumstick1 kg
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder1 teaspoon
- Spicy Chili1/2 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- In a bowl place the chicken drumsticks.
- Add oil and vinegar
- Season with salt, ground black pepper, chilli, smoked paprika, hot paprika and turmeric powder
- With your hands spread this seasoning well over all the coxinhas (on both sides) until they are a little reddish and let it marinate in the fridge for about 2 hours or overnight 😉
- Preheat your Airfryer for 5 minutes at 200 degrees
- Lower the Airfryer temperature to 180 degrees and carefully place the drumsticks inside
- If your Airfryer is small, make two separate portions to ensure that all the drumsticks cook evenly and stay crispy
- Bake first for 20 minutes and turn sideways
- Bake for another 20 minutes and turn again.
- Leave it for another 10 minutes and that's it 😋
- Carefully remove from the Airfryer and serve next 😉😋
- Tip: if you prefer, you can bake on the grill until it's very crispy
- Great snack option to watch the national team games 🇧🇷
- If you find it too spicy, you can reduce the amount of pepper in the recipe 😉
