- Middle of the wing1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Pepper sauce of your choice, I used Dona Generosa Recatada1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- teriyaki sauce1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, mix all the liquid seasonings.
- In a cooking bag place all the chicken wings then add the liquid seasonings already mixed.
- Add salt, black pepper, oregano and garlic and mix well. Preferably book overnight.
- Place the wings on the second floor of the barbecue, with a time of 5 seconds.
- After 20, 30 minutes turn the wings, remembering to always observe both the protein and the heat of the brazier.
- After another 20 minutes the wings are ready.
