- Hot sauce of your choice, I used Dona Generosa Fogosa1 tablespoon
- Parrilla salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- In a cooking bag, place the hearts and all the seasonings and mix well, preferably seasoning a day before and reserve in the fridge.
- With the help of a skewer or bamboo skewer, place the hearts on the fire, with a brazier in the time of 5 seconds.
