- Grilled chicken fillet100 g
- Lettuce1 cup
- grated carrot1 tablespoon
- Red Cabbage2 tablespoon
- Salad dressing to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Cherry tomatoes4 unit(s)
- Cut the lettuce, red cabbage and carrot into very thin slices.
- Place in a bowl, add the grilled chicken cut into strips and cover with 1 spoon of your favorite sauce. I used a super refreshing avocado and yogurt sauce that I teach here on my profile!
- To finish, splash chimichurri!
- Light, nutritious, refreshing and tasty!
