- Chicken breast300 g
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Vegetable oil or olive oil to taste
- Skinless tomato2 unit(s)
- Natural skimmed yogurt1 unit(s)
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- paprika to taste
- Colorau1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped chives to taste
- Remove all skin and fat from the chicken breast, chop into cubes, season with salt and set aside.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in vegetable oil or olive oil, add the cubed chicken breast and leave it in the pan until it starts to brown, stirring slowly.
- Whisk the tomatoes until you get a sauce.
- Add the tomato sauce, paprika, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to the pan.
- Leave on low heat for five minutes, until it starts to boil.
- Add the yogurt and paprika and mix well, until everything is mixed, and cook for another five minutes.
- Adjust the salt.
- Serve with white rice and potato straw, or your preference.
