- Butter50 g
- Chopped fresh sage1 tablespoon
- Chopped fresh mushrooms4 unit(s)
- Carrot cut into small cubes1/3 cup
- Chopped Green Spice to taste
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Chopped broccoli1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Aluminum foil to taste
- Wooden toothpicks to taste
- Season the chicken with the lemon, garlic, salt and pepper and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight.
- In a container mix the carrot, broccoli, onion, mushroom and salt.
- Stuff the chicken with this mixture and close well with wooden toothpicks.
- Mix the softened butter and sage and with the help of a brush cover the whole chicken on the outside.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for 30 minutes.
- Remove the paper and increase the oven to 250ÂșC, bake until golden.
