- Chicken breast cut in half1 unit(s)
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Bacon100 g
- Fresh cream250 g
- Dijon mustard1 tablespoon
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Cut the chicken breast in half, turning into two half breasts and clean
- With the help of a knife, make a hole in the thickest part, without going through the chicken.
- Cut the carrots, peppers and bacon into strips and place the strips inside the chicken
- Close the hole with a toothpick and put it in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil to brown it on all sides.
- Reserve the grilled chicken. In the same skillet, add the mustard and cream.
- If your skillet can go in the oven, return the chicken to it and bake for 10 minutes.
- In case your skillet cannot go in the oven. Add the chicken and mustard sauce to an ovenproof container. And bake for 10 minutes
- Add the basil leaves and you're done.
