- Chicken breast fillets500 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Panko Parinha or Almond Flour3 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
- Light supplyable Catupiry cheese1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil or butter3 tablespoon
- Toothpicks.10 unit(s)
- With the tip of a knife cut the center of the chicken fillets without separating the halves, forming a "tunnel".
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
- Fill with catupiry (or other stuffing of your choice.)
- Close the side with toothpicks so the stuffing doesn't escape.
- Coat the fillets in beaten eggs and then in panko or almond flour mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Take it to the airfryer and drizzle with a little oil or butter to give it crunch. Leave for about 25 minutes at 180°, or until golden.
