- Ready seasoning for poultry (optional) to taste
- bacon100 g
- cheese150 g
- large red pepper1 unit(s)
- medium onion1 unit(s)
- olive oil4 tablespoon
- Calabrian pepper and salt to taste to taste
- Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
- Squeeze the lemon and pass the fillets in the juice
- Crush 4 cloves of garlic and season the fillets with them, pepper, salt and the ready-made seasoning.
- Reserve.
- In a pan, fry the diced bacon until golden brown
- Add the chopped pepper, cover the pan, lower the heat and leave for 2 minutes
- Add the chopped onion, mix and cook with the pan covered for another 3 minutes.
- Grate the cheese and quickly add the mixture.
- Turn off the heat and set aside.
- On a cutting board, open a fillet and place 2 tablespoons of the sautéed peppers in the center.
- Close the fillet and secure with cooking thread or toothpicks.
- Bread the fillets to taste with breadcrumbs.
- Repeat the procedure with the other fillets
- In a pan, heat the oil, place the chicken rolls and let them brown on both sides.
- Serve immediately.
