- Chicken breast fillet1 kg
- Lemon1/2 cup
- Sliced ham100 g
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Bacon slices10 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper2 to taste
- Season the chicken (you can use chopped onion, garlic paste, herbs in addition to salt and pepper). Place the bacon slice under the seasoned chicken and put a slice of mozzarella and the ham. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Repeat the same with all the chicken fillets. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (optional, but it can help to get less dirty, the cheese sticks a lot) and place the medallions. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 1h30min.
