  • Shitake100 g
  • Fresh cream2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chives and parsley to taste
  • Provolone cheese50 g
  • Butter20 g
  1. Cook the potatoes with water and salt until they are good to make a puree.
  2. Fry the chicken cut into cubes with seasoning to taste and after it is well done, mix the shitake and fresh cream, let it boil until the broth thickens, adjust the salt and pepper and add the green seasonings
  3. Mash the potatoes with butter, in a small refractory make a bed with the potatoes put the cheese and on top put the sauce
  4. Serve with potato straw and enjoy
