- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic2 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dried parsley1 to taste
- Lemon pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Take a large chilled whole chicken.
- Clean the chicken well outside and inside.
- Make a hole with a sharp knife in the thighs and chest to get the seasoning well.
- Make a mixture with all the seasonings and go through the outside and inside of the chicken and take it to the fridge to rest. The ideal is to temper the day before.
- Take a baking dish, place the chicken with an onion inside, tie the legs with dental floss and secure the wings with toothpicks so that they are flush with the breast.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil. After an hour, remove the foil and continue baking until golden brown.
- Always water the chicken with the broth that forms in the pan.
