- Shredded chicken breast500 g

- Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Green smell (parsley + chives)2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Pitted Green Olives100 g
- Sour cream1 cup
- Cooked corn1 cup
- Homemade cottage cheese1 cup
- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Sliced Mozzarella150 g
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste

- In a blender, beat the cream, the boiled corn and the homemade curd.
- In a pan heat the oil. Fry the onion and then the garlic. Add the chopped tomato with skin and seeds and let it soften. Then add the olive.
- Put the shredded chicken and the green smell. Also add the whipped cream. Adjust salt and pepper to taste
- In a refractory, place all the mixture, cover with the sliced cheese and bake at 180 degrees until the cheese is golden, about 20 minutes. Serve with potato chips on top.
