Shredded chicken breast500 g
Small onion1 unit(s)
Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
Green smell (parsley + chives)2 tablespoon
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Pitted Green Olives100 g
Sour cream1 cup
Cooked corn1 cup
Homemade cottage cheese1 cup
Tomato1/2 unit(s)
Sliced Mozzarella150 g
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
potato straw150 g

In a blender, beat the cream, the boiled corn and the homemade curd.
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the onion and then the garlic. Add the chopped tomato with skin and seeds and let it soften. Then add the olive.
Put the shredded chicken and the green smell. Also add the whipped cream. Adjust salt and pepper to taste
In a refractory, place all the mixture, cover with the sliced cheese and bake at 180 degrees until the cheese is golden, about 20 minutes. Serve with potato chips on top.
