- Small onion, finely chopped1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Finely chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Grated carrots in the middle of the grater1/2 unit(s)
- Minced chicken breast fillet1/2 unit(s)
- White or parboiled rice1/2 cup
- Hot water2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- With a drizzle of oil and medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and garlic.
- After sautéing, add the tomato, chicken and finally the grated carrot to brown. At this point, add the oregano and a little salt.
- After everything is well sautéed, add the rice, stir a little and add 2 cups of hot water, put the salt, lower the heat and wait for the water to dry, it's ready.
- Tip: for the recipe to be even more delicious, let the ingredients sauté well before adding the rice.
