- unsalted butter100 g
- Corn flour400 g
- Parsley to taste
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)

- Black pepper to taste
- Bacon100 g
- We start this recipe with the farofa that will fill the Peru: Cut the garlic into small pieces and fry in a pan with butter, until lightly browned. Add the cornmeal and season with salt and pepper. Cook the flour over low heat, stirring constantly, until golden. Turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley.
- Stuff the turkey with farofa and add 1 whole lemon, pierced with a fork. Spread butter in ointment point across the surface of the meat and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 2 hours. The ideal is to water Peru, from time to time, with the liquid itself.
- With the roasted turkey, when the pin rises, remove the aluminum foil and return to the oven until golden. Now just serve!
