- Macerated Garlic6 unit(s)
- Tomato Passata1/2 cup
- Corn80 g
- Peas80 g
- Rice1 cup
- Japanese Pumpkin300 g
- Green smell2 tablespoon
- Oil7 tablespoon
- For the rice - heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 cloves of macerated garlic, add the snake rice with two fingers above the water - cover the pan and cook until all the water has evaporated and the grain is soft.
- For the chicken - cut the fillet into cubes and season with garlic, salt and pepper and set aside. Heat a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil and fry these chicken cubes well in sequence, add the finely chopped onion to the tomato passata, a touch of hot water and let it cook until the sauce is full-bodied - add the corn and peas and sprinkle green smell.
- For the pumpkin purée - peel and cut the pumpkins into cubes - heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 cloves of macerated garlic. add the pumpkin with hot water and cook until it is super soft, mash well to acquire the consistency of a puree and season with salt and pepper.
