- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Salt is pepper to taste
- Olive oil2 dessert spoon
- Straw Potatoes or Straw Sweet Potatoes100 g
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Beat in the blender: the corn with the cream and the curd, set aside. Doure the garlic with the onion and add the shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper, add the ingredients blended in the blender and stir well on low heat for 5 minutes , parsley to taste. On a platter add all the chicken, put the mozzarella on top and the straw potato or sweet potato straw on top, take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes!
