- Quickly brown the pear slices in a fluted skillet (no oil, just hot), arrange over the arugula and endive leaves, finish by sprinkling walnuts and gorgonzola. For the sauce I suggest: mix olive oil, honey, salt and pepper, also 1 squeezed Sicilian lemon.
